With over 15 years of experience in Real Estate and Finance, Shetal has built a portfolio of acquiring, developing, and financing in SFR, 800+ Multi-Family (MF) Apartments, Hotels, Land and Retail Shopping Centers. He aims to identify and build connections with those whose interests align with our investment strategies. He cares in working closely with clients which has resulted in repeat investments that bring lucrative returns. He received his MS in Computer Science Engineering from UTA.
Harpreet Singh
Harpreet brings a wealth of investment insights and experience to GroMo Capital. He has valuable experience across Residential, Commercial & Industrial real estate asset classes.
He has over twenty years of corporate business and technology management experience across multiple industries. He is a product management expert and uses his data driven approach to analyze and select the right real estate projects for investments. He has a B.E. in Computer Science and MBA in Marketing & Finance from Bond University.
